Argentina stocks looking bullish

Positive reports about the economic growth in the country are pushing the stock markets higher. Venezuela is the only country is South America which is growing faster than Argentina (data for 1H2006) and this is good for Argentine stocks-money from the world is pouring into emerging markets, the current correction nothwithstanding, and if Argentina can grow it's GDP at 7% the stock market should move up nicely.

Further, have gotten any satisfactory answers as to why IRS profits seem lousy in a good market?

IRS is the safest way to play the Real Estate Market in Argentina. Buenos Aires is the cheapest big city in the world according to latest reports, and that can't last for long. The management at IRS does not get points for great execution, but eventually they will figure it out.

A rising tide lifts all boats, and the Argentine Banks and Real Estate Markets are good ways to participate in the market.
