Another Palermo fave, Congo is a laid-back bar that usually starts off slow, and finishes up strong.  The very friendly and attentive waitstaff serves top notch (and very stiff) cocktails, and the menu contains a variety of tapas, pizzas, and assorted sandwiches.  A courtyard in the back is available for a scene change.  DJs spin Electronic light and heavy, house, and hip-hop every night on the weekends.  No cover.
