Hangar
This is the
oldest gay club in town, adjacent to the Forum and  is also one of the most popular. It offers great music and a lively atmosphere. Hangar has two bars, each having  an independent sound system. Women are welcome any night except Monday, when the club features videos and entertainment for men. The busiest nights are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, when as many as 500 people cram inside. It's open Wednesday through Monday from 10:30pm to 2:30am. The Hangar is closed 3 weeks in August.

Joli Coeur
Rome's lesbian community heads out to this popular gay club on Saturdays for drinks and dancing. This bar caters to lesbians and Saturdays are reserved for women only. A fixture in the city's lesbian night scene, it also attracts women from around Europe. It's open Saturday and Sunday from 11pm to 5am.

L'Alibi 
It is one of Rome's premier gay clubs , in summer it opens up it's dance floors to everyone. It also has
a romantic rooftop garden. Mostly hits from the '70's and '80's are played.
